- To ensure the flow of information up and down the hierarchy
- To know what action to take during risky and safe interventions
Pedagogical modalities
Face-to-face training, in the form of:
- An upstream, 30-min e-learning course (reverse pedagogy)
- An interactive workshop, including a movie
- Guided discussions in sub-groups, role playing
- Individual coaching sessions
- A strategic board meeting.
